Club Admins Can Now Organize Programs and Forms into Custom Groups

New Feature Enhances Usability and Organization for Club Management

A new update has been released to streamline administrative tasks for Club Administrators, introducing a powerful feature that allows Programs and Forms to be organized into customizable groups. This enhancement is designed to declutter admin dashboards and make it easier to locate and manage content quickly and efficiently.

With the ability to create as many groups as needed, administrators can now structure their content in a way that best fits their club’s needs—whether by season, age group, program type, or any other preferred category.

How to Create Program Groups
(Forms Work in the same way): 

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, click on Programs, then select Program Groups. 
  2. Click on New Program Group to begin creating custom groups. 
  3. Once groups are created, existing and new programs can be assigned to any group for better organization.
