- Here’s a trick that many club admins might not know—you can filter players based on their answers in a program registration.
It’s simple! Here’s how:
- Go to Club Management > Players, and click Add Filter: Program.
- Select the Program you want to filter your players by.
- After clicking Search, you’ll notice the list of players will shrink, showing only those who registered for that program.
- For a deeper dive, click Add Filter again, open the dropdown menu, and you’ll see all the Questions from your program.
- Once you selected a Question another dropdown with the Answers pertaining to that question will appear for you to selected.
- Select an Answer and click Search to see ONLY players that registered for the Program and responded to the question with the answer selected.
Using this trick, you can quickly narrow down players by key criteria, making your admin workflow faster and more streamlined!
Example
In the example below we have used the filters to ONLY view players that signed up for the Fall 2024 Recreational Registration and answered GoalKeeper to the question “To help organize team, please select one of the positions?” – This brings a result of only 23 players.
