GotSport Introduces QR Code Feature to Streamline Registrations and Forms
At GotSport, we’re always looking for ways to make your job easier—and our latest feature does just that. Our new QR code functionality is designed to simplify the registration process for programs, events, and forms. Now, administrators can generate QR codes that participants can scan to access registration pages directly—no more searching, clicking, or confusion.
Simplified Access for Participants
With this update, administrators can easily create QR codes for specific programs, events, or forms through their GotSport dashboard. Once generated, these codes can be printed or shared digitally, allowing participants to scan them on their smartphones and be taken instantly to the relevant registration page.

How to Generate QR Codes
To create a QR code for a form:
Navigate to the “Programs” section in the GotSport dashboard.
Select the desired program from the list.
Click on the “QR Codes” button located at the top right corner of the page.
A new tab will open displaying the QR code, ready to be printed or shared.
The process is similar for events and programs, ensuring a consistent experience across different modules within the platform.
